Kotahitanga is a Māori term that means togetherness. It emphasises unity and working together to achieve common goals.
With the design of the print studio complete, it is time to direct our energy into realising photo projects with meaning and purpose. Many of us find A.C.E. funding notoriously difficult to get past the line, commissions from corporations unattractive and algorithms that set the tone controlling. Print Socials aims to counter this narrative and support ways to empower the artist's vision and economy.
- Bring prints to discuss the next steps
- Provide feedback to others
- Meet an Artist, Curator or Collector
As an artistic experiment in modern print, Print Socials aims to bring together all the moving parts of a project, including makers, thinkers, collectors, developers, organizers, and cleaners.
It is a drop-in; there is no need to book.
