Audrey Green at the National Portrait Gallery

Project Showcase

East London SUPERLAB remastered and produced more than 90 large-format photographic prints from the National Portrait Gallery archive for Audrey Green café and Larry’s Bar, part of the Gallery’s 2023 reopening after a major refurbishment.

The project demonstrates East London SUPERLAB’s capacity for archival print production at institutional scale, working across photography, interiors, hospitality and public cultural spaces.

Working with Daisy Green Collection, Justin Hibbs and the National Portrait Gallery curatorial team, East London SUPERLAB produced museum-grade archival inkjet prints for installation across two floors. The project extended the Gallery’s photographic presentation into Audrey Green and Larry’s Bar, creating a transition between public collection, hospitality space and contemporary print production.
